Notice of change in Auditor

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered Accountants, the former auditors of the "Corporation
tendered their resignation effective January 13, 2017 and the directors of the Corporation on January
13, 2017 have appointed MNP LLP, Chartered Accountants, as successor auditors in their place.

The former auditors of the Corporation were requested to resign at the request of the Corporation.

The resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered Accountants, and the appointment of
MNP LLP, Chartered Accountants in their place have been approved by the Board of Directors of the
Corporation,

There have been no reservations contained in the former auditors’ reports n any of the financial
statements of the Corporation commencing at the beginning of the two most recently completed fiscal
years and ending on December 31, 2015 and 2014.

There are no reportable events (as defined in 7(e) of National Instrument
51-102).
