PASSING OF GERALD LEISSNER


The Board of Indluplace announces today with great sadness that one of its founders and executive director,
Gerald Leissner, passed away on Friday, 16 December 2016.

Gerald’s deep wisdom and significant contributions to the Company and its executive team will be sorely
missed. The Company mourns his loss and extends its deepest sympathies and condolences to his wife and
family.
