   SUBSTANTIAL IMPLEMENTATION OF BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN AND RESIGNATION OF
                                DIRECTORS

The Business Rescue Plan adopted by the Creditors and Shareholders on the 19th of May 2016 has
been substantially implemented as provided for in terms of the Business Rescue Plan and in terms of
Section 152(8) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008.

A Notice of Substantial Implementation of a Business Rescue Plan was filed and accepted by the
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) on the 11th August 2016. The business rescue
proceedings ended with the filing of the Notice in terms of Section 132(2)(c)ii of the Companies Act.

In accordance with the business rescue transaction, the following directors resigned simultaneously
with the filing of the Substantial Implementation Notice :

    2)   Glenwood Coulter
    3)   Robert Lewis
    4)   Malcolm Leitch
    5)   Naran Maharaj
    6)   Lawrence Peter Repar
    7)   Christopher Andrew Virostek

Hilton Loring remains as the sole director of the Company.
