UBS AG wishes to advise investors that Fitch Ratings has upgraded the long-
term issuer default rating of UBS AG to A+ from A, and changed its outlook
to stable from positive. Moreover, Scope Ratings also upgraded its issuer
credit-strength rating to A+ from A, and changed its outlook to positive
from stable.
