RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Further to the cautionary announcement dated 31 August 2012, and the subsequent renewal of
cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 25 September 2014, the announcement
regarding the voluntary suspension of listing dated 27 September 2012 and the voluntary
announcements regarding the liquidation of William Tell Industries Proprietary Limited dated 5 October
2012 and 28 November 2012, shareholders are advised that William Tell and its remaining wholly owned
subsidiaries are still in the process of being liquidated.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities, until a further announcement is made.
