CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Unitholders are advised that, subject to the approval of the Financial Services Board (“FSB”), Len van Niekerk has
resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Andrew Konig, currently an executive director of Fountainhead, has been
appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Fountainhead with effect from 30 November 2014.

Unitholders are further advised that, subject to FSB approval, Lesley Dukes CA (SA) has been appointed as Financial
Director of Fountainhead with effect from 28 October 2014. Lesley completed her articles at Grant Thornton in 2006
and practiced as audit manager before joining Redefine as group financial manager in 2010 after which she was
promoted to head of finance in 2013.

The board of directors wishes to thank Len for his assistance in formulating and implementing a strategy that will create
long-term value for Fountainhead unitholders and wishes him all the best for the future.
