APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR


CBH wishes to advise that Fritz Grobbelaar has been appointed as group financial director
as from 30 September 2014.

Fritz qualified as a chartered accountant in 2003 after completing his articles at
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.He joined Steinhoff International Holdings in 2004 and has
subsequently held various senior financial positions within that group culminating in his
appointment as chief financial officer of the Bravo Group in 2013

We welcome Fritz and look forward to his contribution in assisting CBH achieve its
development plans.
