Trading Statement and Cautionary Announcement

Trading Statement

In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that CBH Ltd expects that its loss and headline loss per share for the
year ending 30 June 2014 will be between 66 cents and 76 cents compared to
earnings per share of 25.63 cents and headline earnings per share of 25.51
cents in the corresponding period.

This trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by the
Company's external auditors. It is expected that the results for the year ended
30 June 2014 will be published on or about 1 September 2014.

Cautionary Announcement

Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of CBH Ltd has received
an expression of interest for all of the shares in the Company, other than
those held by Synapp International Limited, which expression of interest will
be considered by the board and which, if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the price of the Company's securities.

Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing with
the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
