MIX TELEMATICS ANNOUNCES DATE OF FIRST QUARTER FISCAL 2014 CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST


Shareholders are advised that MiX Telematics will report its first quarter fiscal 2014 results for the period
ended 30 June 2013 before the U.S. financial markets open on Tuesday, 10 September 2013.

MiX Telematics management will also host a conference call and audio webcast at 8:00 a.m. Eastern
Time/14:00 p.m. South African time, on Tuesday, 10 September 2013, to discuss the company's financial
