OF THE COMPANY’S SHARES FROM THE JSE LIMITED

Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements released on SENS regarding the possible delisting
of the company’s shares from the JSE Limited. Shareholders are advised that discussions in this regard are
ongoing and accordingly shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their
shares in the company until a further announcement is made.
