RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGE TO COMPANY SECRETARY

York shareholders ("Shareholders") are advised that at the annual general meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") held on
Thursday, 15 November 2012, all the resolutions tabled at the AGM were approved by the requisite majority of
Shareholders present or represented by proxy.

The required special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.

Shareholders are further advised that Ms Han-hsiu Hsieh replaced Fusion Corporate Secretarial Services (Proprietary)
Limited as company secretary with effect from 15 November 2012.
