Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 4 October 2012 in relation to the appointment of
Mr Richard Bruyns to the board of directors of Conduit Capital (“the Board”). The initial announcement
incorrectly classified Mr Bruyns as an executive, whereas his correct designation is an independent
non-executive director.
