informing shareholders that the company had been placed under provisional       
winding-up.                                                                     
Shareholders are advised that the following joint liquidators have been         
appointed by the Master of the High Court of South Africa:                      
LDR van der Merwe (of Independent Trustees (Pty) Limited); and                  
YAB Ismail (of Cassim Incorporated).
