Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of       
Conduit Capital will be held at Tulbagh, 360 Oak Avenue, Randburg, 2194 at 08:00
on Wednesday, 16 February 2011 to conduct the business stated in the notice of  
annual general meeting, which is contained in the annual report.
