Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating the    
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2010, was dispatched on
Friday,30 July 2010 and contains no changes to the audited results which were   
announced on SENS on Monday, 7 June 2010.                                       
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting. The annual       
general meeting will be held at Matrix Corner, Howick Close, Waterfall Park,    
Midrand, Gauteng on Tuesday, 7 September 2010 at 11h30.
