New share certificates reflecting the change of name posted by registered post to shareholders who have surrendered their documents of title on or before Monday, 11 May 12:00 on the record date (see note 2) on Dematerialised York shareholders` accounts updated with the new name by their CSDP or broker on Monday, 11 May Notes: 1 The dates and times provided in this announcement are subject to amendment.
