CHANGE OF NAME - UPDATE                                                         
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 16 September 2008 and are   
advised that the special resolution, relating to the change of name of the      
company to MiX Telematics Limited, passed at the annual general meeting of      
TeliMatrix shareholders, has been registered by the Companies and Intellectual  
Property Office.                                                                
Accordingly, the salient dates relating to the change of name are as set out in 
the announcement released on SENS on 16 September 2008 and published in the     
press on 17 September 2008.
