TRADING STATEMENT                                                               
The financial results of the company and its subsidiaries ("the Group") for the 
year ended 31 March 2008 will be published on SENS on or about 23 June 2008.    
The group`s financial results for the nine months ended 31 March 2007, before   
its acquisition of the Omnibridge and Datatrak businesses and its listing on the
JSE on 12 November 2007, provide no meaningful basis of comparison against the  
financial results for the year ended 31 March 2008. However, this trading update
is in respect of expected pro-forma results for the year ended 31 March 2008    
compared to the pro-forma comparative financial information for the period ended
31 March 2007 contained in the company`s pre-listing statement and in its       
published interim financial results announcement.                               
The company accordingly advises that it expects:                                
Pro-forma earnings per share ("EPS") to be between 32% and 37% above the EPS of 
7,1 cents reported for the pro-forma prior comparative period;                  
Pro-forma headline earnings per share ("HEPS")to be between 50% and 55% above   
the HEPS of 6,3 cents reported for the pro-forma prior comparative period; and  
Pro-forma adjusted headline earnings per share ("adjusted HEPS")to be between   
30% and 35% above the adjusted HEPS of 9,5 cents reported for the pro-forma     
prior comparative period.                                                       
The information on which the above trading statement is based has not been      
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
