Shareholders are advised that Ms. Fundiswa (Fundi) Roji has been appointed to   
the board of TeliMatrix as alternate director to Afzal Patel, with immediate    
effect.                                                                         
Fundi is a Chartered Accountant and an Executive Director of Kagiso Ventures    
Limited. She was also previously the Chairperson of Matrix Vehicle Tracking     
(Pty) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of TeliMatrix.
