CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                                
In compliance with section 3.59 to 3.62 of the Listings Requirements of the     
JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Steven Evans has been appointed      
to the board of directors of TeliMatrix as Financial Director, with effect      
from 1 February 2008. Howard Scott, the current Financial Director will         
remain with the company for the time being, to ensure a smooth handover.        
Steven (B. Acc, CA(SA)) completed his articles at Price Waterhouse leaving      
to pursue a career in commerce & industry, where he has held senior finance     
positions in the retail, tourism  and IT industries. Most recently he was       
Financial Director of the Outbound division of Tourvest, a listed tourism       
company, before his appointment as Financial Director of EOH Holdings           
Limited, a listed IT company in October 2005. Steven brings with him both       
strong financial expertise and good business sense and will be an asset to      
the team.
