    RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHAIRMAN                     
    The board of directors of York ("the board") wishes to inform shareholders  
    that Ivor Tucker will be retiring from the board as non-executive chairman  
on 30 April 2007. He will remain as a consultant to the board. Jim Myers    
    will assume the role of non-executive chairman of the board from 1 May
