RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING                                                      
Shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary and special resolutions       
proposed at the General Meeting of the company held on Tuesday, 20 February     
2007, as detailed in the circular dated 22 January 2007, were approved by the   
requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolutions will be lodged with 
the registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office, for   
registration in due course.
