NOTICE OF PREFERENCE DIVIDEND NO 122                                            
Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 122 for the six months   
ending 30 June 2006 at the rate of 5 1/2 percent per annum (5.5 cents per share)
be and is hereby declared payable to shareholders recorded in the books of the  
company at the close of business on 30 June 2006.                               
The last day to trade "cum" dividend will be Friday, 23 June 2006. The shares   
will commence trading "ex" dividend as from Monday, 26 June 2006 and the record 
date will be Friday, 30 June 2006. The dividend will be paid on Monday, 3 July  
2006.                                                                           
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,  
26 June 2006 and Friday, 30 June 2006, both days inclusive.
