SUMMIT ISSUER (RF) LIMITED: NEW LISTING OF PREFERENCE SHARE IN THE PREFERENCE
SHARE SECTOR

Following the establishment of a master programme memorandum dated 22 February 2022
("Original Master Programme Memorandum"), the amended and restated master programme
memorandum ("Master Programme Memorandum") dated 3 November 2025 and the Applicable
Issuer Supplement issued by the Issuer dated 3 November 2025 was approved by the JSE Limited
("the JSE") (available on the Issuer's website, at www.summitissuer.co.za). Under this multi-
issuer note and preference share programme (the "Programme"), the Issuer may from time-to-
time issue limited recourse secured or unsecured registered notes (the "Notes") or preference
shares (the "Programme Preference Shares", and together with the Notes, "Instruments"),
denominated in South African Rand. Following which, in relation to the establishment of
"Transaction 1", the Applicable Transaction Supplement issued by the Issuer dated 8 December
2025 was approved by the JSE (available on the Issuer's website, at
www.summitissuer.co.za/latest-reports/).
Investors are advised that, following a successful private placement, the JSE has approved the
listing of 26 293 Class A Programme Preference Shares, with eaect from Monday, 15 December
2025 ("the listing date") in the "Preference Share" sector of the Main Board with the abbreviated
name "SUMPREF01".
