South Africa's Wilson Bayly Holmes reports 14 pct rise in annual profit

JOHANNESBURG, Sept 4 (Reuters) - South Africa's Wilson Bayly Holmes (WBHO) reported a 14 percent jump in full-year profit on Tuesday, buoyed by a favourable market in Australia and the United Kingdom as well as growth in its roads and works division.

The construction and engineering company said diluted headline earnings per share were 1,414.6 cents per share, compared with 1,307.9 cents a year earlier.
