Kenyan shilling under pressure from importer demand

NAIROBI (Reuters) - The Kenyan shilling was under pressure against the dollar on Monday amid dollar demand from oil and merchandise importers, traders said.

At 0800 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 100.35/55 per dollar, compared with 100.25/45 at Friday's close.
