PLUMMER INVESTMENT HOLDING COMPANY (PTY) LIMITED ("SKELTON and PLUMMER")          
Shareholders are referred to the detailed announcement dated 19th September 2007
in which it was advised that Stefanutti and Bressan had acquired a controlling    
interest in Skelton and Plummer. Shareholders are hereby notified that the terms  
of the transaction have been declared to be fair by an independent professional 
expert; the fairness opinion will lie for inspection at the issuers registered  
office for a period of 28 days.                                                 
Shareholders are further notified that all the conditions precedent relating to 
the acquisition have now been fulfilled.
