INCREASE IN BENEFICIAL HOLDING OF CORONATION ASSET MANAGEMENT (PTY) LTD
(CORONATION)

In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of
the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, shareholders are advised of the following:

Coronation has notified Oceana that its beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held
by its clients (collectively) has increased from 4.66% to 5.57% of the total issued share capital of
Oceana.
