CHANGE OF CEO

Further to the announcement made on 17 October 2017, the Board of Directors is pleased to confirm that Morné
Wilken has taken up the position of Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of MAS with effect from 1 January 2018, following
the resignation of Lukas Nakos. Lukas Nakos ceased to be a director on 31 December 2017.

The chairman, Ron Spencer, commented:

‘The board thanks Lukas for his immense contribution to MAS, in terms of establishing and growing the business
during his 8-year tenure as CEO and he leaves with our very best wishes for the future. We warmly welcome Morné
to the role of CEO, having already worked closely with him as a non-executive of MAS and we believe that his past
experience and knowledge of our business makes him an ideal fit to build upon the wider business strategy and
enhance the strong relationship developed with Prime Kapital.’

MAS is listed on the Main Board of the JSE and the Euro MTF market of the LuxSE.
