AMENDMENT TO PUBLICATION OF DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS, THE COMPANY SECRETARY AND BY
AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR OF MAS
Shareholders are advised that following the announcement made on 12 October 2017 (the
“12 October Announcement”), the Company was informed of two errors (the “Publication Errors”) relating to
the numbers of new MAS shares received by Morné Wilken and Jonathan Knight, both being directors of the
Company, pursuant to a final distribution for the year ended 30 June 2017.
As a result, the Company wishes to publish the following in relation to new MAS shares received by Morné
Wilken and Jonathan Knight. This announcement is merely a correction of the Publication Errors contained
in the 12 October Announcement and does not constitute a notification of additional transactions being
concluded by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities as defined in the EU Market Abuse
Regulation.
