Shareholders are advised that the Company has today, Friday, 17 April 2015, posted a notice to convene a
shareholders' meeting of the Company, to be held on Tuesday, 19 May 2015 at 10.00 am (BST) (the “Meeting”), at
which two amendments to the Articles of Association (the "Articles") will be proposed, providing the board of directors
with authority to issue a modest number of shares at their discretion without invoking the pre-emption rights in the
current Articles.

A copy of the notice of the Meeting setting out the proposed amendments and a letter to shareholders providing an
explanation of the proposed amendments are available on the Company’s website,

The Meeting will be held at 25 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man.

The record date on which shareholders must be recorded in the Company’s share register in order to attend and vote
at the Meeting is Friday, 15 May 2015.

MAS is listed on the Main Board of the JSE and on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
