Notice of interim financial results presentation

Shareholders are advised that the Company will be holding a results presentation on Tuesday, 31 August
2021, relating to the release of the Company’s interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June
2021.

Brimstone will be hosting the presentation live via webcast at 12:00 and the webcast can be accessed at
www.brimstone.co.za from 11:30 on Tuesday, 31 August 2021.

A Q&A facility will be available during and after the presentation.
