RETIREMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Ms. Bernadette Lakey will retire as Company Secretary of RFG Holdings Limited and Corporate Affairs
Director of the Group's main operating subsidiary with effect from 30 September 2024.

Bernadette has been with the Company for 12 years, during which time she held several senior positions. She
was appointed Company Secretary on 1 May 2018.

The Board of Directors (Board) of the Company thanks Bernadette for her contribution to the Company and
wishes her well on her retirement. The Board has commenced a succession process and will appoint a
Company Secretary in due course.
