PURCHASE OF SHARES BY SUBSIDIARY COMPANY

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, RFG announces that its major subsidiary has,
in accordance with the rules of The RFG 2015 Share Plan and The RFG Holdings Limited 2021 Share
Plan, purchased RFG shares in the open market in order to fulfill the settlement of performance shares
