CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:

RFG is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms S Naidoo as an
independent non-executive director to the board of RFG with effect from
1 May 2023.

Ms Naidoo is a Chartered Accountant (S.A.).

She currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of
Rand Merchant Investment Holdings Limited, Outsurance Holdings
Limited, Outsurance Insurance Company Limited, Outsurance Life
Insurance Company Limited and Outsurance Shared Services Proprietary
Limited. She was the founding shareholder and Chief Financial Officer
of Smile Telecoms Holdings Limited and Smile Communications
Proprietary Limited 2007 until 2021. Prior to that she was the Group
Financial Director for Johnnic Entertainment Limited.

The board welcomes Ms Naidoo and looks forward to her contribution to
RFG.
