CHANGE TO THE BOARD

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the board of directors of the Company (“the Board”)
wishes to advise that Mr. Bruce Henderson has resigned as a non-
executive director of the Company and member of the social & ethics
committee, with effect from 30 April 2023.

The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Mr. Henderson for
his commitment and service to the Company over many years.
