CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:

RFG is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms S Maitisa as an
independent non-executive director to the board of RFG with effect from
19 October 2020.

Ms Maitisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Business
Administration degree.

She is the part owner and director of strategy of Titan Marketing
(Pty) Ltd and also currently serves as a non-executive director on
the Phatsima Properties (Pty) Ltd and Alpha South Africa boards. She
previously served as an executive director for DraftFCB SA (Pty) Ltd
and Metropolitan Health Group Holdings and held independent non-
executive director positions in Metboard Properties Ltd, Imperial
Logistics (Pty) Ltd, Voith Turbo SA (Pty) Ltd and Integrated Ship
Handling (Pty) Ltd.

The board welcomes Ms Maitisa and looks forward to her contribution to
RFG.
