AMENDED RELEASE DATE OF ASPEN’S INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER
2020 AND RESULTS PRESENTATION

Shareholders are referred to Aspen’s announcement earlier today wherein it was confirmed that its results
for the six months ended 31 December 2020 on SENS would be released after the market close on
Wednesday, 10 March 2021. Due to certain investor and media scheduling challenges, the release of the
results will revert to after the market close on 11 March 2021. All other arrangements related to the
release of the results, as listed below, remain unchanged as per the Company’s SENS announcement
released on 1 March 2021:

•   A presentation to members of the investment community will be held virtually at the J.P. Morgan
    South Africa Healthcare Forum on 12 March 2021 at 08:30 SAST.

•   All interested stakeholders are invited to watch the live webcast which can be accessed using the
    following link: https://www.corpcam.com/Aspen12032021. The slides accompanying the presentation
    will be available on the Aspen website, in the Investor Information section at
    https://www.aspenpharma.com/investor-information/ shortly before the commencement of the
    presentation on 12 March 2021.

•   A playback of the webcast will be made available on Aspen’s website approximately 2 hours after the
    presentation.
