NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS - CLOSED PERIOD _________________________________________________________________________________ Letshego Holdings Limited (“LHL” I “the Group” I “Letshego”) was incorporated in 1998, is headquartered in Gaborone and has been publicly listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) since 2002. Letshego is an inclusive finance focused Group with microfinance banking and consumer lending subsidiaries across eleven countries in sub-Saharan Africa. In line with corporate governance standards and compliance with listings regulations, Letshego Holdings Limited confirms it has entered a closed period effective 1 July 2022. The closed period ends with the publication of the Company’s Group Interim Results on or before 30 September 2022. During this period, members of the LHL Board and employees are advised to avoid trading Letshego securities to mitigate potential internal trading risks associated with access to unpublished, price sensitive information.
