Resignation of the President of Management Board

The management board of Globe Trade Centre SA (“GTC”, “Company”) informs that on 14 January
2022, the Company entered into a mutual employment contract termination agreement with Mr. Yovav
Carmi. Mr. Carmi resigned from his seat on the Management Board of the Company (where he was the
president of board) as well as GTC Real Estate Development Hungary Zrt. The resignation is effective
immediately.

Legal grounds: § 5 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current
and periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the
information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
