UPDATE ON ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”) OF THE COMPANY

Trustco shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the SENS announcements published on 31
March 2021 and 26 February 2021 regarding the AGM. Trustco gave notice that the AGM in respect
of the financial year ended 30 September 2020 will be held at Trustco House, 2 Keller Street, Windhoek
and conducted by way of and will be accessible to Shareholders through electronic communication on
Thursday 29 April 2021 at 10H00.

Trustco’s broad Shareholder base operates across various time zones and Trustco would like to
provide all Shareholders an equal opportunity to participate in a question and answer session relating
to the Trustco businesses. Should a Shareholder, representative, or proxy for a Shareholder wish to
participate in the question and answer session – they can submit their questions in writing to the
group’s company secretary, via email to komada@tgh.na on or before close of business, Friday 23
April 2021. The submitted questions and answers will be distributed electronically and made available
at the AGM and to all Shareholders on the company website and applicable social media platforms.
