Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 5 March 2021 is 3.642% p.a. (“JIBAR”).

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 7 June 2021 (Following*), for the period 5 March 2021 to
6 June 2021, will be calculated based on a rate of 5.242% p.a. (160 bps over JIBAR).

* When the interest payment date falls on a non-business day, such interest payment will be paid on the first
business day after the weekend or public holiday.

Next reset date: 7 June 2021.
