On 11 November 2020, subsequent to year-end, the board of directors declared a capital distribution 
of 7.50 cents per share (2019: 5.50 cents) as a return of contributed tax capital to shareholders 
recorded in the share register of the company at the close of business on Friday, 18 December 2020. 
 
The net amount payable to shareholders is R16.3 million, being 7.50 cents per share based on 
216 711 029 ordinary shares in issue at the declaration date. 
 
The income tax reference number of Trematon Capital Investments Limited is 9340/323/84/0. 
 
The salient dates relating to the distribution are as follows:
