In the event, holders of Richemont Depository Receipts will receive two Class A Warrant Receipts for every DR held. Based on the current timetable, FTSE/JSE anticipates the following treatment: Wednesday 25 November 2020 (from market open) On the ex-date, a temporary line (Compagnie Financiere Richemont Warrants Line, CFRO, CH0562931086) representing the warrant receipts of Richemont will be added to Richemont’s Indexes. The temporary line will be added at nominal price. No price adjustment will be applied to Richemont for the warrants distribution. Friday 27 November 2020 (from market open) Anticipated beginning of trade for the Richemont Class A Warrant Receipts.
