RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the
board hereby notifies shareholders of the resignation of Steve Tredoux,
an independent non-executive director, with effect from 23 September
2020.

The board wishes to extend its gratitude to Mr Tredoux for his significant
contribution to the Company over the past twelve years.
