EXTENSION FOR RELEASE OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS AND PUBLICATION OF
INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT

Shareholders are referred to the market notices issued by the Financial Services
Conduct Authority (“FSCA”) and communicated by the JSE on 3 April 2020 and 8 July
2020 respectively, granting an extension of financial reporting periods and are advised
that the Company will be utilising the two-month extension period afforded to issuers in
that notice.

The Company’s financial year-end was 30 June 2020. Accordingly, in the normal course,
the Company would have been required to release its financial results on SENS by no
later than 30 September 2020, and to distribute its audited Annual Financial Statements
(“AFS”) together with the notice of annual general meeting (“AGM”) to shareholders by
no later than 31 October 2020.

Due to the restrictions placed on the Company as a consequence of the Covid-19
pandemic and resultant lockdowns in the regions that the Company operates in as well
as the consequential impact on the financial results and disclosures arising from the
COVID-19 pandemic, shareholders are advised that the Company will be relying on the
two month extension granted by the FSCA. It is anticipated that the Company's financial
results for the year ended 30 June 2020, will be released on SENS by no later than 30
November 2020, and that its Audited Annual Financial Statements and Integrated
Annual Report will be published and distributed to shareholders as soon as possible, but
no later than 31 December 2020.
