The dividend has been declared out of income reserves. The dividend, payable in South African currency, will be paid on Monday, 6 July 2020. The dividend will be subject to a local dividend tax rate of 20%. The number of preference shares in issue at the date of the declaration was 15,000,000. The net dividend, to those shareholders who are not exempt from paying dividend tax, is therefore 4,4 cents per share. The Company’s income tax reference number is 9050/191/71/8.
