Listing of additional AfricaRhodium debentures – ETFRHO

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 05 June 2020, issued an additional 30,000 AfricaRhodium
debentures at an approximate issue price of R1,489.44 per additional AfricaRhodium debenture,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 288.558 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.

After the additional issue, there will be 909,555 AfricaRhodium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 9,629.637 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.
