On 22 May 2020,The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited had
announced the repurchase of the entire issue of CLN461 Senior
Unsecured Credit Linked Note issued under its Structured Note
Programme and had requested the JSE Limited to give effect to
such delist on 26 May 2020.
On 25 May 2020, The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited
submitted a new delisting request in respect of CLN461 to
amend the effective date to 05 June 2020.
