UNAUDITED INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

Super Group reported interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2019, which have been
negatively impacted by difficult trading conditions in all the geographies within which it operates.
Deteriorating South African economic growth statistics, political uncertainties in Europe and the
United Kingdom (UK) as well as changes in Super Group Fleet's product offering, culminated in a
decrease in revenue and earnings.

Cash generated from operations increased by
37.9% to R2.1bn
(December 2018: R1.5 billion)

Revenue decreased by
3.0% to R18.9bn
(December 2018: R19.4 billion)

Headline earnings decreased by
12.3% to R552m
(December 2018: R630 million)

Headline earnings per share decreased by
12.3% to 152.5c
(December 2018: 173.8 cents)

Earnings per share decreased by
19.4% to 142.0c
(December 2018: 176.3 cents)

Net asset value increased by
0.7% to R12.7bn
(June 2019: R12.6 billion)

No dividend has been declared for the six months ended 31 December 2019 (December 2018: Nil).
